Does WeYoBe provide the same services as a clearing house?
WeYoBe performs all the functions of a clearing house and much, much more. While a typical clearing house only collects insurance claim information that the dental office provides and administers them to insurance companies, at WeYoBe we are also involved in coding the dental claim and following up on the information provided to the insurance company.
Do you offer administrative or clinical services?
Both! Our team of expert billers have years of experience not only with the administrative side but the clinical side as well. We offer a full understanding of all general and specialty procedures so we can provide the expert know how for coding claims and maximizing insurance reimbursement.
What practice management software do you work with?
The WeYoBe team is comfortable with every popular practice management software, including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, DentiMax, CareStack, Softdent, and more.
What is WeYoBe’s subscription period? Do you have any additional fees or a contract period?
Signing on with WeYoBe involves a 90-day implementation contract. After that, services are billed monthly with no additional contracts or fees, and you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
Are WeYoBe services HIPAA compliant?
Absolutely. At WeYoBe we take regulation very seriously. WeYoBe, all services we provide, and all of our clients are HIPAA compliant.
Do you offer other services?
We’re a small practice and don’t have the volume of large offices. Will you still be able to help?
Of course! We can help no matter how big or small your practice is. Our flexible pricing model allows us to serve smaller practices just as well as large ones, and help us tailor our offerings to precisely what you need to grow your practice.
We have a ton of aging accounts from a year ago. Can you help with those?
Can WEYOBE serve multiple specialties in a single practice?
Do we need to buy any additional equipment or software to avail your services?
No. While we may recommend certain pieces of software or hardware as part of our consultation services, all you need to work with us is a dedicated computer for us to remotely access and a scanner.
Can I still work with WeYoBe without granting remote access to a computer?
